On the box's Wi-Fi (faderr13) or the venue Wi-Fi it's on, then open Safari at http://10.86.0.1:3000

Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen

The [13] icon appears on your home screen — open it like any app

Safari required — Chrome on iPhone can't install web apps. Nothing to download: the app runs from your Faderr13Box.

Tap Download Android App on the login screen, open the APK, and tap Install anyway if Android warns about Play Protect

The app is a thin shell around the same interface — updates come from the box, nothing to maintain on the phone.
